Please note that site owners change their sites without notifying me. They also sometimes allow their hosting and/or domain registration to lapse, which causes their sites to go offline without my knowledge. They also may not update/maintain their sites, which can cause content/images to disappear and/or cause the design/layout to be broken.

At the time I posted this list, all the sites mentioned below were active and showing the work I did.

I work mostly with WordPress as a platform and use page builders, like Elementor Pro, Divi, Blocksy, Oxygen and some others so that I can best bring each client's online vision to life in the ways they desire.

My hourly rate is $112.50.

For clients who require a hard stop in the amount of time it takes to bring their online vision to life, I often do work for a flat-rate. My current flat-rate minimums are as follows:
- Basic WordPress sites: $1,500
- eCommerce WordPress sites: $2,500
- Membership WordPress sites: $3,500
Please note that these are minimum rates. Depending on the complexity of your project, these rates may be higher.

Payments are traditionally half upfront and half when the project is completed, but I do offer milestone plans for those who need a more flexible payment option.
