Includes:

• daily site checks to make sure your site is visible to the public
• daily site checks to update theme(s), plugin(s) and the WordPress platform, if necessary
• daily site checks to optimize WordPress’ performance [not to include SEO]
• daily site checks to monitor comment/registration spam and remove it, if necessary
• daily offsite backups to make sure you always have a complete clone of your site in case something happens
• plugin consultation, installation and activation without setup – if you add your own plugins and they break your site and/or cause security risks, then there will be an additional cost to resolve issues caused by this
• periodic emails about maintenance activity on your site

If you need tasks accomplished that are not included with Basic WordPress Maintenance, you will be given the option to have the work done ala carte at $75 per hour. This is a discounted rate from $90 an hour. Basic WordPress Maintenance does not include:

• content addition/deletion/revision/creation
• plugin setup; I can choose the best plugin option for what you’re trying to accomplish, and then obtain your approval to install and activate the plugin, but setting up plugin(s) is your responsibility
• WordPress theme changes/customization (e.g., changing font size/color, moving the sidebar from the left to the right, etc.
• anything that involves interacting with your hosting company on your behalf

Basic WordPress Maintenance will require me to have access to:

• your WordPress website as an Administrator
• your hosting account to view the WordPress database and File Manager when necessary

Automatic billing is required, and your due date will be the same each month. If you would like to end monthly maintenance, a 30-day notice is required to cancel service.

** The one-time $100 setup fee covers the initial site assessment that I do on all sites, the security and compliance plugins that I will need to install, activate and configure in order to monitor your site and any/all legal pages that need to be added and/or updated. If you are starting maintenance immediately after I have completed your site design/redesign or if you take care of all of this yourself, then I can waive the setup fee.

Includes:

• everything under Basic WordPress Maintenance, and
• content addition/deletion/revision and/or WordPress theme changes/customizations of the current theme and/or plugin* setup for
  • up to one (1) hour per month at $129.99 a month
  • up to two (2) hours per month at $169.99 a month
  • up to three (3) hours per month at $199.99 a month
  • up to four (4) hours per month at $239.99 a month

Unused hours do not roll over to other months. If tasks that you need accomplished will exceed the amount of time included in your Advanced WordPress Maintenance option, you will be given the option to have the work done ala carte at $75 per hour. This is a discounted rate from $90 an hour. Advanced WordPress Maintenance does not include:

• a change from one WordPress theme to another WordPress theme
• a change from one hosting company to a different hosting company
